First stop, Strasbourg, the Council of Europe’s twelfth “World Forum on Democracy,” 6-8th November 2024. And later, Beijing, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and its fourth “International Forum on Democracy,” probably in March 2025 (tbc).
